ORDINANCE NO. 16,746
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET.
PLAN, REMOVING ALL ROADS IN SALINE
COUNTY AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Staff and the City Planning Commission
recommend that the City of Little Rock not plan in Saline
County; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock has set the Planning Boundary at the county line; and,
WHEREAS, without a Plan Jurisdiction the City cannot
have a Master Street Plan in an area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In the "Functional Classification of Street
System, Arterials- Minor" section of the Master Street Plan,
the Saline subsection is removed. This section starts with
