AN ORDINANCE VACATING PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
IN TRACT "C -2" OF THE REPLAT OF TRACT "C" OF THE AMENDED PLAT
UNIVERSITY PARK - RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL AND REMEDIAL
FACILITIES PLAT, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 20th day of July , 1994,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate public utility and drainage easements
designated on the plats of the area of Tract "C -2" of the Replat of Tract "C" of the
Amended Plat University Park - Recreational, Educational and Remedial
Facilities Plat, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of record in Plat
Book B, Page 822; Book 39 Page 91 and Book 41, page 15, in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board has, at the
time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard
on the question and has ascertained that the easements, or portions thereof,
hereinbefore described, have heretofore been dedicated to the public use as
utility and drainage easements herein described; that all the owners of the
property abutting upon the portion of the easements to be vacated have filed
with the Board their written consent to this action; and that public interest and
welfare will not be adversely affected by the vacating of the utility and draiange
easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, releases vacates and
abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to
the utility and drainage easements designated as follows:
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
All that part of those easements on Tract "C" of the University Park -
Recreational, Educational and Remedial Facilities Plat as
recorded in Book 39, Page 91 and in Book 41, Page 15 that are within the
area of Tract "C -2" of the Replat of Tract "C" of the Amended Plat
University Park - Recreational, Educational and Remedial Facilities Plat
as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 822.

All of those easements on Tract "C -2" of the Replat of Tract "C" of the
Amended Plat University Park - Recreational, Educational and Remedial
Facilities Plat as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 822.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk,
shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the
records of the County.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
