AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5758 -A - Described as part of the SE 1/4 of the NW
1/4, Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found for the SW corner
of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4 Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence
N00 005159" East 837.06 feet along the West line of said
SE 1/4, NW 1/4 to a point in the centerline of Kanis
Road; thence along said centerline the following
chords; thence S79031108" East 247.72 feet; thence
56301312411 East 95.84 feet; thence S50026111" East
435.06; thence 549009108" East 95.34 feet; thence
545011142" East 94.52 feet; thence S40 028113" East
96.99 feet; thence 539023130" East 287.83 feet to a
point on the South line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence
S8702714011 West 1,051.87 feet along said South line to
the point of beginning and containing acres more or
less from R -2 Single Family to 0-2 Office and
Institutional. ( Kanis Road and Pride Valley Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after is passage and approval.
