ORDINANCE NO. 16,717
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5844 - Described as part of the NW 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at an aluminum Arkansas Geological
Commission Monument found for the Northwest corner
of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4 Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W
thence East 427.77 feet along the North line of
said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 to a #4 rebar set for the point
of beginning; thence continuing along said North
line East 111.23 feet to a #4 rebar set; thence
leaving said North line S0102511611, 703.98 feet to
a #4 rebar found on the North right -of -way line of
West Markham Parkway, thence along said North
right -of -line N69 056125" West, 111.86 to a #4
rebar found, thence leaving said right -of -way line
NO2 001156" West, 665.82 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 1.69 acres more or less
from R -2 Single Family to 0-3 General Office.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
