AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED FAIRVIEW KENNELS -
- SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5836), AND LOCATED AT
11,523 FAIRVIEW ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 21, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
and located at 11,523 Fairview Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Being part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of
said Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, starting at the
Northwest corner of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SW
1/4, 25.0' to a point on the south right -of -way
line of Pleasant Ridge Road; thence 588054129 11E
along said South right -of -way line, 218.30' to
the POB; thence S89007100 11E and continuing
along said South right -of -way line, 110.0' to a
point on the East line of said W 1/2 NE 1/4 SE
1/4 SW 1/4; thence 90006149 "E along said East
line 305.01; thence N89007100 "W, 110.01; thence
N0006149 11W, 305.0' to the POB, containing
0.7701 Acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for FAIRVIEW KENNELS SHORT -FORM POD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to

designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. q b A

be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
