A ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TRANSFER
OF $50,000 OF THE $100,000
APPROPRIATED TO THE CAPITOL AVENUE
ENHANCEMENT TASK FORCE FOR CAPITOL
AVENUE STREETSCAPE PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board has appropriated $100,000 to the Capitol
Avenue Enhancement Task Force for engineering and legal fees
applied to feasibility of an improvement district through Ordinance
No. 16,675 dated June 1, 1994.
WHEREAS, the Capitol Avenue Enhancement Task Force adopted a
motion to ask approval to transfer $50,000 of its $100,000
appropriation for the project to be more effective.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Capitol Avenue Enhancement Task Force is
authorized to provide $50,000 towards the Capitol Avenue
Streetscape Project.
SECTION 2: Funds for the project shall be transferred from
the Capitol Avenue Enhancement Account 210- 030 -0328 to the
Capitol Avenue Streetscape account 301 - 230 -0250.
