ORDINANCE NO 16,705
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3150 -H - Described as Tract "F ", Orbit
Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Tract "F ",
Orbit Subdivision; thence N89 029'23" East 358.64
feet; thence S00030'13" East 765.58 feet to the
North right -of -way line of Interstate 30; thence
S60014132" West along said North right -of -way line
217.94 feet; thence continuing along said North
right -of -way S60046124" West 149.81 feet to the
East right -of -way line of Chicot Road; thence
along said East right -of -way line on a curve to
the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, and a
length of 51.80 feet and a chord which bears
N59052107" West 43.02 feet; thence continuing
along said East right -of -way line N00030137" West
922.12 feet to the Point of Beginning containing
309,950 square feet or 7.116 acres more or less
from C -3 General Commercial to C -4 Open Display.

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
