AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5810 - Described as the North 30 acres of the NE
1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4,
SW 1/4; thence S89 045154 "E, 640.97 feet to the
Southwest corner of Tall Timber West Subdivision;
thence N89038'36 "E along the South line of said
Tall Timber West Subdivision 674.08 feet to the
Northeast corner of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence
500002144 11W along the East line of said NE 1/4, SW
1/4, 995.57 feet; thence S89 055'57 "W, 1,315.03
feet to a point on the West line of said NE 1/4,
SW 1/4; thence N00002144 11E along the West line of
said NE 1/4, SW 1/4, 995.57 to the point of
beginning, containing 30.00 acres more or less,
less and except the North 100 feet of the East
674.08 feet and the East 100 feet of the South
895.57 feet from R -2 Single Family to I -1
Industrial Park.
AND
The North 100 feet of the East 674.08 feet and the
East 100 feet of the North 30 acres of the NE 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas from R -2 Single Family to
OS Open Space. (South Shackleford Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
