ORDINANCE NO. 16,652
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER
STREET PLAN, REDUCING THE DESIGN
STANDARD FOR CHENAL /FINANCIAL CENTER
PARKWAY AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors does not
wish to increase from the current conditions, the right -of-
way along Chenal /Financial Center Parkway; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors wishes to
limit the number of lanes to four, with a median, along
Chenal /Financial Center Parkway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In the "Functional Classification of Street
System" section of the Master Street Plan, Chenal /Financial
Center Parkway is footnoted to require a four lane section
and 100 foot right -of -way from Kanis Road east to
Shackleford Road.
SECTION 2. The divided principal arterial (parkway)
right -of -way is reduced to principal arterial standard, with
median reduced to 14 feet.
