AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED FREEWAY BUSINESS
PARR LONG -FORM POD (Z- 4249 -A), AND LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF I -630, APPROXIMATELY
0.1 MILE EAST OF RODNEY PARHAM ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -5 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located on the south side of 1 -630, and approximately
0.1 mile east of.ROdney Parham Road, Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the SE 1/4,
SW 1/4 of said Section 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence W
20.001; thence N 01025'00" E 543.00' to the POB;
thence N 66048'00" W 672.77'; thence N 87018'00" W

the right having a radius of 94' and a chord

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for FREEWAY BUSINESS PARR LONG -FORM POD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
