3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 15,561
4 (THE 1994 BUDGET ORDINANCE), TO PROVIDE.
5 ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
6 STAFF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, on December 21, 1993, the Board of Directors adopted the 1994
11 Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
12 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has been expanded to eleven members, and
13 the Board is committed to being more responsive to citizens and their needs, and
14
15 additional administrative support is required in order to do so.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

18 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
19 SECTION 1. The 1994 Program Budget Summary attached to Ordinance No.
20 16,561, the 1994 Budget Ordinance, is hereby amended to increase the budget for
21
22 Organization 1010, Board of Directors, by $29,800 from $248,086 to $277,886 to provide
23 funding for another administrative position.
