AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5775 - Described as part of the E 1/2, SW
1/4, NW 1/4, Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly
described as: Starting at the SE corner of
Hill Top Manor, an addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; thence East 90 feet;
thence S43012136 11E, 172 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue S43012,36 "E,
246.47 feet to a point 25 feet north, as
measured at a right angle, of the South line
of said East 1/2, SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence West
along a line 25 feet north of and parallel
with the South line of said East 1/2, SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, 257.0 feet; thence N26009'46 "E,
200.14 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.53 acre more or less from R -2
Single Family to R -5 Urban Residence. (White
Rock Lane)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
