16575M M ORDINANCE 16,575 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED "DAVIS PID" (WEST 44TH AND WESTERN HILLS) (Z- 4172 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF op ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. y� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF +C LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from MF -18 Multifamily and 0-2 Office to PID Planned Industrial District. A parcel of land in Westwood Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the East 28 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, Westwood Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock, Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Davis PID is conditioned upon containing a final plan approval with the time specified by Article VII, Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. There will be no outside storage of materials on parking areas. SECTION 5. The portion of the property identified on the plan as "Future Storage Area" shall be a vehicle parking.area. SECTION 6. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 3-2 a'7D G -)!
