AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY LAND USE PLAN
IN THE BOYLE PARK DISTRICT, LOCATED WEST OF
WESTERN HILLS BOULEVARD ALONG ASHER AVENUE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the result of zoning recommendations by the
Planning Commission the adopted Land Use Plan requires amendment
to more accurately portray existing and future conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,.ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Industrial areas either side of Asher
Avenue, West of Western Hills are changed from Industrial to
Light Industrial.
SECTION 2. The Light Industrial designation is continued
South to 44th Street with an Open Space buffer along 44th Street.
SECTION 3. The site of Capitol City Community College is
changed from Industrial to Office.
SECTION 4. The City's adopted Land Use Plan is hereby
changed to reflect these amendments.
