AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE MAINTENANCE OF A PRD DISTRICT TITLED
HILLSIDE VILLAGE TOWNHOUSES AMENDED SHORT -
FORM PRD (Z- 5656 -A), LOCATED IN THE 1500
BLOCK OF NORTH FILLMORE STREET, IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 16,391 AND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 36 -176 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,391 be amended to provide
for modification of the District described as:

Hillside Village Townhouses Short -form PRD (Z- 5656), located
in the 1500 -block of North FIllmore Street in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and more particularly described as Lot 4, Block
1 -R, Hillside Village Subdivision.
SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan and Plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
.SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification, the revised plan for Hillside Village Townhouses
Amended Short -form PRD (Z- 5656 -A), is conditioned upon obtaining
final plat approval within the time specified by Article VII,
Section (7), Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 -81. and
36 -82. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended
to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect the
designated change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
