ORDINANCE NO. 16,566
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5761 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 and part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 3; T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence
South 1,190.52 feet to the South right -of -way
line of Arkansas Highway 67 -70 and the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing South 424.81 feet;
thence N85013123 "W 211.22 feet to a point on
the East right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike;
thence continuing N85 013123 11W 20.0 feet to the
center line of Mabelvale Pike; thence
N08004155 11E 291.03 feet along said centerline;
thence S80051136 11E 20.0 feet to a point of
intersection of right -of -way lines of Mabelvale
Pike and Arkansas Highway 67 -70; thence
continuing 580051136 11E 20.0 feet along said
right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 67 -70;
thence N38021'11 "E 123.02 feet along said
right -of -way line; thence N69040113 11E 78.57
feet along said right -of -way line to the Point
of Beginning. Containing 0.79 acres, more or
less, in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and 0.9 acres in the
SW 1/4 NE 1/4 for a total of 1.69 acres, more
less from R -2 Single Family to C -3 General
Commercial. (Mabelvale Pike at the 1 -30
Interchange)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
