u BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
c LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

o SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
g following described property be changed from "C -3" Genera
Commercial to "PCD"
A parcel of land in Forest Hills Addition, Little Rock,
Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Forest Hills Addition, Little
�i Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
G SECT ION That the preliminary site development
Q plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
p� Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
t contemplated for Auto Repair and Sale (short -form PCD) is
14 conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances to allow outside used car sale and display
(maximum 6 car) with angular parking for the six spaces to
be located on Pine Street.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, an
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
