AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PCD"
DISTRICT TITLED PLUNKETT COMMERCIAL (Z -5282)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" to "PCD ".
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of said Section 28; thence North 00 019'00" West along
the East line of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4 a distance of
82.54 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South
83 058100" West 15.60 feet; thence South 07 052100" East
15.00 feet; thence South 80 047100" West 77.60 feet;
thence North 38 040100" East 61.60 feet; thence North
08 042100" East 63.10 feet; thence along a curve to the
right having a radius of 1900.00 feet, an arc distance
of 98.16 feet and a chord which bears North 10040'54"
East 98.14 feet; thence North 11026'08" East
152.62 feet; thence South 89 053153" East 68.74 feet to
the East line of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South
00 019100" East along said East line 327.46 feet to the
Point of Beginning containing 0.810 acres, or
35,362 square feet.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Plunkett Commercial (Short -form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
