AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5120 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 and
part of the SW 1/4, NW 114, Section 3, T -1 -S, R-13-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas and described as:
Starting at the northwest corner of said SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, and which is on the centerline of Sibley Hole
Road; thence easterly along the north line of said
SW 1/4, NW 1/4, for 20 feet to a point on the easterly
right -of -way line of Sibley Hole Road; thence north
00 003130" east along said right -of -way line for 58 feet
to an iron pin and the Point of Beginning; thence north
82 054130" east for 1,253.45 feet to an iron pin on the
east line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence along said
east line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4 and along the east
line of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4, for 242.52 feet to an iron
pin on the northeasterly right -of -way line of
Interstate 30; thence south 64 034' west along said
northerly right -of -way line for 862.60 feet to an iron
pin on the easterly right -of -way line of Sibley Hole
Road; thence along the easterly right -of -way line of
Sibley Hole Road along a curve to the left having a
radius of 707.48 feet by a chord bearing north 50 012'
west, for 145.33 feet to an iron pin at the end of said
curve; thence north 56 005130" west and continuing along
said.right -of -way for 330.46 feet to an iron pin at the
beginning of a curve to the right; thence along the
curve to the right, said curve having a radius of
186.23 feet by a chord bearing north 28 001' west for
175.29 feet to an iron pin at the end of said curve;
thence north 00 003130" east and continuing along said
right -of -way line for 188.83 feet to the Point of
Beginning containing 12.63 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display.

Commencing at the northwest corner of said SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, said corner being on the centerline of Sibley
Hole Road; thence easterly along the north line of said
SW 1/4, NW 1/4, 20.0 feet to a point on the easterly
right -of -way line of Sibley Hole Road; thence north
00 004' east along said right -of -way line 58.0 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence north 89 055' east,
320.0 feet; thence south 00 004' west, 205.0 feet;
thence south 33 049' west 248.01 feet to a point on the
easterly right -of -way line of said Sibley Hole Road;
thence north 56006' west along said easterly right -of-
way line, 120.0 feet to the point of curvature of a
curve to the right; thence along said curve to the
right, said curve having a radius of 186.23 feet by a
chord bearing north 28 001' west, 175.29 feet to a point
at the end of said curve; thence north 00 004' east and
continuing along said right -of -way line 188.83 feet to
the Point of Beginning containing 2.341 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to 111 -2" Light

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
