ORDINANCE NO. 15,829 _ .
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5289 - Described as part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of
Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as commencing at the SW
corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 31; thence south
87 012141" east along the south line of said SW 1/4,
SW 1/4, 637.8 feet; thence north 030101111, east,
36.45 feet to a point on the east line of Geyer Springs
Shopping Center Subdivision and the proposed north
right -of -way line of Baseline Road according to AHTD
Job 60323, said point being 40.0 feet from the proposed
center line; thence south 86 055110" east along said
right -of -way, 25.0 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence north 03 °10'11" east, 283.08 feet; thence south
86 055110" east, 114.62 feet; thence south 03 010'11"
west, 283.14 feet to the proposed right -of -way line of
Baseline Road; thence north 86055110" west along said
right -of -way, 114.62 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 0.74 acre, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to 11C -3" General Commercial. (5804 Baseline
Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
