AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLEASANT VALLEY
LAND USE PLAN NORTH OF KROGER BETWEEN I -430
AND SHACKLEFORD ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after public review
recommends the land use plan be amended from multifamily to
office; and
WHEREAS, the State of Arkansas (property owner) has not
expressed any opposition to the proposed change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the Pleasant Valley Land Use Plan
map is amended to show single family in the area between
Shackleford Road and I -430 north of Kroger.
