ORDINANCE NO. 15,810
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5278 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
commencing at the NW corner of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 10; thence N 89 054' E 425 ft. in the center of
Mabelvale West Road; thence S 25 ft. to the Point of
Beginning; thence S 225.0 ft.; thence N 89 054' E
130.0 ft.; thence N 225.0 ft.; thence S 89 054' W
130.0 ft. to the Point of Beginning containing
29,250 square feet or 0.67 acre, more or less, from
"R -219, Single Family to 11I -21', Light Industrial.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
