AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
APPROPRIATE $36,376 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE OF THE 1977 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY AND UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS FOR
THE BASELINE ROAD - CHICOT ROAD INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6,465 dated November 4, 1980,
committed the City of Little Rock to provide right -of -way and
utility adjustments for the Baseline Road - Chicot Road
Intersection Improvement Project to the Arkansas Highway and
Transportation Department.
WHEREAS, the final Arkansas Highway and Transportation
Department audit indicates that the City of Little Rock owes an
additional $36,376 over the $264,000 previously paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated an additional
$36,376 from the unappropriated balance of the 1977 Capital
Improvement Fund to the Arkansas Highway and Transportation
Department for right -of -way and utility adjustments for the
Baseline Road- Chicot Road Intersection Improvement Project.
