AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5258 - Described as part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particulary described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, said
Section 4; thence N along the W line of said NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, 450.0 ft. to a point; thence southeasterly to a
point on the S line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, 440 ft. E
of the SW corner thereof; thence S and parallel with
the W line of said Section 4 to a point on the N right -
of -way line of Rock Creek Parkway; thence westerly
along said N right -of -way line to a point on the W line
of said Section 4; thence N along said W line to the
Point of Beginning containing 2.8 acres, more or less,
from 110-3" General Office to "C -2" Shopping Center.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
