ORDINANCE NO. 15,800
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED SAFEWAY "PCD"
(Z- 3652 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,021;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the "PUD" titled "Safeway PCD" be
modified as follows:
Subsection A. That the existing off - street parking
provided by the PCD be permitted to be shared with an
adjacent property so as to provide loading, driveway
and parking for the U. S. Postal Service.
Subsection B. That the shared parking be limited to
that building space and occupant only.
SECTION 2. That the site development plan as approved
be amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
