ORDINANCE NO. 15,797
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED RIVER COVE OFFICE SHORT -FORM
PCD (Z- 4331 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from "PCD" to "Revised PCD ".
A parcel of land located at 2000 Cantrell Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas being more particularly described as
follows:
Part of Lot 29 of Worthen's Subdivision of the Southeast
Fractional Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -12 -W,
bounded as follows: Beginning at a point on the S line
of said Section 33 which is 1060 feet E of the SW corner
(stone monument) of the SE 1/4 of said Section 33; thence
due W 235.46 feet; thence N 6 030' E to the south bank of
the Arkansas River; thence southeasterly along the south
bank of said river to a point on a line bearing N 6 030' E
from the Point of Beginning; thence S 6 030' W to the
Point of Beginning, containing 4.62 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for River Cove Office (Short -form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plan.
