AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5266 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas described as follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, run
thence N 89 007' W 387.4 feet (Deed 385.0 feet) to the
Point of Beginning; run thence N 75 feet; run thence
E 2.4 feet; run thence N 60.1 feet; run thence N
89014115" W 159.0 feet; run thence S 134.8 feet to the
south line of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4; run thence S 89 007'
E along said south line 156.6 feet to the Point of
Beginning containing 0.488 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "R -41, Two - Family. (Simpson
Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
