AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5259 - Described as part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particulary described as:
Starting at the NE corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, said
Section 32; thence S O1 °02110" W along the E line of
said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, 819.22 ft. to the Point of
Beginning; thence S O1o02110" W and continuing along
said E line, 450.00 ft. to a point on the N right -of-
way line of Baseline Road (Arkansas State Hwy. #338);

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
