AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GEYER SPRINGS
EAST LAND USE PLAN IN AN AREA GENERALLY
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 30 TO BASELINE ROAD
AND WEST OF COMMUNITY ROAD TO DOWIN DRIVE,
AND OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission believes the existing
land use plan is in need of updating; and
WHEREAS, after study by staff and review, a public
hearing, the Planning Commission recommends amending the
plan in an area north of Baseline between Community Road and
Dowin Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Geyer Springs East Land Use Plan is
amended from mixed residential to office along the north
side of Baseline Road between Community Lane and North Lane
with industrial to be located behind that.
SECTION 2. The Geyer Springs East Land Use Plan is
amended from mixed density residential and open space to
industrial, with "OS" buffers to the east and west, north of
the office along Baseline.
