AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36 -512 OF THE
LITTLE ROCK CITY CODE, 1988, TO CORRECT THE
WEIGHT REGULATION RANGE ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 15,842.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Section 36- 512(a) shall be amended by changing
the weight regulation range by deleting from the last sentence the
words "...in excess of one (1) ton" and substituting the words
"...of one ton or greater ".
SECTION 2: Section 36- 512(b)(6) shall be amended by
deleting the words, "...larger than one ton..." and substituting
the words "of one ton or greater in load carrying capacity".
SECTION 3: Section 36- 512(b)(7) shall be amended by
deleting the words, "...exceeding one ton in carrying capacity"
and substituting the words, "...of one ton or greater in load
carrying capacity ".
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
