AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4518 - Described as a tract of land in the SE 1/4 ,
SW 1/4, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Starting at
the SE corner of the SW 1/4, Section 31, 677.52 feet;
thence northerly 156.6 feet to the point of beginning;
thence westerly 141.9 feet to a point on the east
right -of -way line of Shelley Street; thence northerly
and along the east right -of -way line 166.5 feet to the
SW corner of Lot 83, Windamere Subdivision, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, thence easterly along the south line
of said Lot 83, 141.9 feet to the Southeast corner;
thence southerly 167.9 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to 11C-
4" Open Display. (5310 Baseline Road and 8711 Shelley
Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
