AN AMENDING THE HIGHWAY 10 LAND USE PLAN;

AND FOR OTHER MATTERS
a
WHEREAS, the City currently has two adopted Land Use
Plans for the Highway 10 District; and
WHEREAS, the Northwest Extra - Territorial plan was

adopted to zone those areas outside'the city limits which
has been accomplished; and

WHEREAS, need for the Northwest Plan no longer exist;
and
WHEREAS, those areas within the Highway 10 District not
shown on the plan map, will use the Northwest Extra-
territorial Plan recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. Those areas along Highway 300 shown for
commercial on the Northwest Extra - territorial Plan are
incorporated into the Highway 10 Plan.
SECTION 2. Commercial node on the Highway 10 Plan and
Chenal Parkway and Highway 10 is amended to reflect the
better defined pattern on the Northwest Extra - territorial
Plan.
SECTION 3. The commercial and-multi-family areas shown
on the Northwest Extra - territorial Plan along the Chenal
Parkway and a north /south arterial is incorporated into the
Highway 10 Plan.
SECTION 4. .The Highway 10 Plan boundary is moved to
the north and west to include all the area to the planning
boundary contained in the Northwest Extr - territorial Land
Use Plan.
SECTION 5. Having served its purpose, Ordinance 15,698
is repealed (the Northwest Extra - territorial Land Use Plan).
