ORDINANCE NO. 15,867
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 15,783 (THE
1990 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas adopted the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for 1990 on December 5, 1989; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to adjust appropriations made
in Section 4A of Ordinance 15,783•
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. $664,645 was appropriated for the capital needs
of the new and expanded programs in the Police Department. $49,315
of this amount is to be transferred to the appropriate divisions
of the Police Department as follows:
