ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5303 - Described as part of Tract 15 Hillvale
Addition, in the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 5, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described: Beginning at a point which is 145 feet west
of the NE corner of Tract 15; thence run south 182
feet; thence west 145 feet; run thence N 182 feet; run
thence east 145 feet to the Point of Beginning, from
"R -2" Single Family to 110-3" General Office. (13,,025
West Markham Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section '36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and_,.
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effec ' tl.and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
