ORDINANCE NO. 15,859
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5285 - Described as part of Tract 11 Gloeckler's
Acres, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as Beginning
at the intersection of the west line Tract 11
Gloeckler's Acres, with the south right -of -way line of
I -30; thence N 87001' east along said south right -of-
way line, 250 feet; thence S 01 017' west, 112.12 feet;
thence S 88 043' east, 392.61 feet to the west right -of-
way on Doyle Springs Road; thence S 010251 east along
said west right -of -way, 167.65 feet; thence N 88 024'
west, 644 feet; thence N 257.27 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 3.02 acres, more or less, from
11R -2" Single Family to 11I -2" Light Industrial. (Doyle
Springs Road and I -30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
