AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF BUILDING SETBACKS,
STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON EAST 8TH
AND REICHARDT' STREETS AND THE
ORDINANCE 15,519, OF THE MASTER
STREET PLAN, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION ON
EAST 8TH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Big R /Artic Ice Replat as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -286 of the Code of
ordinance be amended to allow less than 50' front
building setbacks and less than 30' side building
setbacks and that Section 31- 312(a) of the Code of
Ordinance be amended to allow no street improvements on
East 8th Street and Reichardt Street and that Ordinance
15,519, Section 5(a) from Master Street Plan be amended
to allow no right -of -way dedication.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
