ORDINANCE NO. 15,981
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2241 -A - Described as Lot C -2 per replat of Tract C
of the amended plat University Park Recreational,
Educational and Remedial Facilities Plat as dated
February 6, 1986 to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas containing 7.6 acres from "R -5" Urban
Residence to "O -1" Quiet Office. (6501 West 12th
Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
