SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. Villines, III MEMORANDUM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO: ALL INTERESTED PARTIES FROM: TAD BORKOWSKI, SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATO__ ,,�' SUBJECT: PULASKI COUNTY JAIL DATE: DECEMBER 6, 1990 The purpose of this memo is to provide clarification of the conditions attached to the Pulaski County Jail approval by the Board of Directors on December 4, 1990. Those conditions are as follows: 1. Site Plan has been approved as submitted to the Board of Directors. 2. Final plan consists of only Lot 1. 3. Final plat consists of Lots 1 and 3. 4. Lot 2 has no building approval at this time to be retained on the preliminary plat. 5. Roosevelt Road will be improved on all boundary frontage per attached recommendation from Public Works. 6. Woodrow Street will be improved on the jail boundary frontage within three years time frame per attached recommendation from Public Works. 7. Brown Street below 32nd Street will be improved for 1 block on the west side on the boundary.frontage of Lot 3 within 3 years time frame. At this point, the only issue to be resolved is submission of the final plat and site plan before building permits can be issued. Roosevelt Road - 70' R/W (80' at the Woodrow and Brown Street intersections); 45' arterial curb and gutter pavement (56' - five lane section at Woodrow and Brown Street intersections). 2. Woodrow Street - 60' R/W with 36' collector curb and gutter pavement. 3. Brown Street - 60' R/W with 36' collector curb and gutter pavement. Half - street R/W dedication and improvements are required for those streets which are contingent to the site boundary. Full cross - section R/W and improvements are required for those portions of streets 4nternal to the site.
