ORDINANCE NO. 15,978
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OTTER CREEK
LAND USE PLAN, SOUTH OF MABELVALE WEST
BETWEEN I -30 AND MABELVALE
AND OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the City has zoned the area to office and
commercial use as well as industrial; and,
WHEREAS, the adopted plan calls for only industrial
use; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed
plan change and recommends it to the City Board of
Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. The area west of Mabelvale School south of
Mabelvale West, north of the railroad to Mabelvale is
changed from industrial to mixed office /commercial.
SECTION 2. The area east of Mabelvale School and along
the south side of Mabelvale West is changed.from industrial
to mixed commercial /industrial (see map).
