AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,857,
WHICH RECLASSIFIED PROPERTY LOCATED ON
HIGHWAY NO. 10 AND RANCH BOULEVARD (Z- 4343 -B)
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
TO CORRECT PROPERTY DESCRIPTION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the zoning amendment accomplished by
Ordinance No. 15,857 is hereby corrected to encompass all
the property which was approved for this zoning application.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
