ORDINANCE NO. 15,972
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE HIGHWAY 10
LAND USE PLAN SOUTH OF CANTRELL ROAD
FROM RUMMELL TO WEST OF BELLA ROSA
AND OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the area in question is shown for flood land
and,
WHEREAS, the floodway is significantly less than the
area shown for flood areas and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after public hearing
believes it is appropriate to show the area for other flood
areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. The areas not floodway between Taylor Loop
Creek and Cantrell are changed to be transition zone on the
plan map.
SECTION 2. Those areas not in the floodway, but south
of Taylor Loop Creek shown for a school, but used for single
family, is changed to single family, and the plan map.
