AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed -as indicated:
Z -5368 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 32, T -1 -N, R-12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more fully described as:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 32, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W; thence W 234.8 feet; thence N 03038151" E,
64.63 feet to the north right -of -way line of Baseline
Road and the point of beginning; thence continue along
said right -of -way N 86ollIO8 11W 62.43 feet; thence
continue along said right -of -way SO4o02110 11W 5.0 feet;
thence continue along said right -of -way N86oll'08 "W
37.53 feet; thence N 03038151 "E, 268.88 feet; thence
S87o02129 11E 100 feet; thence S03o38151 11W, 265.37 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0.62 acres, more
or less from "R -2" single family to "C -4" open display.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
