AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed'as indicated:
Z -5367 - Described as part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, south of the Little
Rock /Hot Springs Highway in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Begin at an iron pin on the south line and 900 feet
east of the SW corner of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section
33; thence W 112.6 feet to a point; thence N 396 feet
to a point in the centerline of Little Rock -Hot Springs
Highway; thence N67o461E along centerline of said
highway 121.6 feet to a point; thence S 442 feet to a
point of beginning, except a strip 30 feet wide
reserved for highway use along north side of said tract
from "R -2" single family to "C -3" general commercial
(8205 Stagecoach Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
