AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z- 1935 -A - Described as part of the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of Section 25, T -1 -N, R-13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of the aforesaid Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence
S89o59100 11E along the south line of the aforesaid SE
1/4 of the NE 1/4 300.94 feet; thence N10001'19 "E,
52.69 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
N10o01'19 "E along the E right -of -way line of U.S.
Highway 67 -70 /University Avenue, 211.01 feet; thence
N08o49119 11E along said E right -of -way, 327.36 feet;
thence S87o37141 "E, 200.10 feet; thence S87o44141 "E,
385.89 feet; thence along a curve to the right, having
a radius of 2,979.23 feet, a central angle of 10013154"
and a cord which bears N49o33114 "E, 531.32 feet; thence
S02o09154 "W, 63.34 feet, to a point lying on the NW
right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence
along the said NW right- of-way, following a curve to
the left, having a radius of 2,929.23 feet, a central
angle of 22031103" and a cord which bears S42o39125 "W,
1,143.81 feet to a point lying on the N right -of -way
line of West 65th Street; thence along the aforesaid N
right -of -way, the following four courses and distances:
1) N89o59100 "W, 82.80 feet; 2) N83o06107 11W, 132.80
feet; 3) N79o49100 "W, 32.59 feet, and 4) along a curve
to the right having a radius of 90 feet, a central
angle of 39024154" and a cord which bears N60o06140 11W,
60.70 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.592
acres, more or less, from "I -2" light industrial to

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section i hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
