AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF SIDEWALK
AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code or Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the subdivision regulation of the City of Little Rock
for James T. Bates Replat as follows:
Subsection a: That Section 31 -402 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for sidewalk waiver
and that Section 31 -397 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to allow no street improvements.
SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
