AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 32- 342(c) OF THE
1988 LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES, PROVIDING
FOR PERMITS FOR CURB LOADING ZONES AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 32 -342 (c) of the 1988 Little Rock City
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(c) In the event the request is for a loading zone
outside of the parking meter district then
such person making the request shall pay to
the City an annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00)
per foot or two hundred twenty dollars
($220.00) for a space of twenty -two (22) feet
per year for the purpose of covering the
expense of the City in painting, designating
with appropriate signs, and otherwise
maintaining said limited parking, or unloading
zones. Such payment shall be made to the City
on or before July 1 of each year.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Section 32 -342 of Chapter
32 of the Code of Ordinances not in conflict herewith shall remain
in full force and effect.
