ORDINANCE NO. 16.056
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5439 - Described as a parcel of land in the NW4, NE;,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; more
particularly described as: Commencing at the Southwest
corner of the NW; of NE;, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W;
thence North, 458 feet (plus or minus); thence East,
842 feet (plus or minus) to a point on the Southerly
Right -of -Way of Interstate Highway #30, said point being
the Point of Beginning; thence along said Right -of -Way
N 68 007' E 96.60 feet; thence along said Right -of -Way
S 56 011' E 135.0 feet; thence S 33 049' W 68.28 feet;
thence S 68 007' W 116.29 feet; thence N 86 002' W
65.39 feet; thence N 03 058' E 79.46 feet; thence N
22 047' W 50.0 feet to a point on the Southerly Right -of-
Way of Interstate Highway #30; thence along said Right -
of -Way N 68 007' E 25.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 0.588 acres, more or less from R -2 Single
Family to C -4 Open Display. (10501 I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
