ORDINANCE NO. 16,055
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5425 - Described as part of the E2 of the NE;, SW4 of
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the NE corner of said Eh, NE;, SW;;
thence S 02- 17 -13W along the East line of said
E2,NE;,SW4 405.451; thence S 89 -27 -58 W 467.27';
thence N 00 030 -21 W 222.161; thence N 87 -19 -06
E 51.01; thence N 01 -09 -54 W 176.09' to a point
on the North line of said EZ, NE;, SW;; thence
N 88 -50 -10 E along the North line of said EZ, NE;,
SW;; 438.12' to the Point of Beginning, containing
4.203 Acres, more or less from R -2 single family
to C -4 Open Display and OS Open Space. (End of
Warehouse Road)
SECTION 2. That no excavation, tree clearance,
expansion of the existing gravel turnaround or new
construction take place on the property without site plan
review by the Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
