AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV OF CHAPTER
22 OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES,
ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC'T'ORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Little Rock Code of Ordinances, Section 22 -87
Members, shall be amended by changing the first sentence to read
as follows:
The said Commission shall consist of nine
(9) members who shall be appointed by the
Board of Directors upon the recommendation
of the City Manager, two of whom shall be
members of the Little Rock Board of Directors,
or their designee.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
