AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000
FROM THE 1988 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BOND SALE PROCEEDS, COMMUNITY PARR
ALLOCATION ACCOUNT, FOR THE MURRAY
PARK SOCCER FIELD IMPROVEMENTS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
tnUMEA.S, the Murray Park soccer fields are among the most
extensively used fields in the City park system; and
WHEREAS, these soccer fields need certain improvements to
maintain and enhance playability; and
WHEREAS, the 1988 bond issue contains funds which may be
used for such improvements.
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $25,000
from the 1988 bond issue Community Park Allocation Account for
improvements to the Murray Park soccer fields.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage.
